FAIR SET UP
Doors open at 9:30 a.m. for early set-up. We encourage you to arrive early. Many schools will be assigned to tables on the arena floor and we ask that you finish set up prior to 10:30 a.m., which is the start of our opening session.
Our staff will assist you in finding your table when you arrive.
Each institution will receive a six-foot display table and two chairs.
We encourage you to bring any materials such as pamphlets, brochures, tri-fold boards, etc; however, A/V requests will NOT be met.
DIRECTIONS AND PARKING
The ¡ALCANZA! College Fair will take place at the EagleBank Arena. on the FAIRFAX campus of George Mason University. Please note: we also have an Arlington, Virginia Campus and a Prince William (Manassas), Virginia Campus. Don’t go to the wrong campus!
Complementary parking is available in LOT L across from the entrance of the EagleBank Arena. Please look for green Admissions Parking signs and George Mason Parking Staff to direct you to the EagleBank Arena. No parking permit is needed during the event if you are parked in Lot L.
If using a GPS system, please put in Eagle Bank Arena or 4500 Patriot Circle, Fairfax, Virginia 22030 and follow signs for Lot L.

When timing your trip, keep in mind you will be traveling during the morning rush hour. Please allow some extra travel time.
Once parked in Lot L, please enter through the South Entrance of Eagle Bank Arena.
STRIVE SCAN
All students attending the fair have been encouraged to register with Strive Scan before entering the fair. If you have not already signed up for Strive Scan credits for this fair, please be on the lookout for a follow up email from Strive Scan to sign up if you would like.
HOSPITALITY ROOM
The EagleBank Arena Hospitality Room is located on the lower level of the Patriot Center. Boxed lunches and beverages will be available in the hospitality room beginning at 10 am. Feel free to enjoy your lunch before or after the fair.
Be sure to check-in at the south entrance of the arena first and keep in mind that the college fair begins promptly at 11 a.m.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please note, due to the population that ¡ALCANZA! serves, you may encounter some students who are undocumented or have DACA status. Please be aware of your university’s processes and be prepared to answer questions pertaining to how your University accommodates and welcomes these students.
