We are pleased to announce that George Mason University will be hosting the 24th Annual ALCANZA College Fair! George Mason hosts Alcanza as part of our effort to increase college interest and awareness among high school students in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area during Hispanic Heritage month. This event was created to get Latinx students motivated and excited about their post-secondary plans, and the program is open to all students in the Washington D.C. metro area to explore their educational opportunities beyond high school. Over 150 colleges from all over the nation will attend Alcanza, and we expect about 2,000 high school students to participate.
