The mission of the Department of Criminology, Law and Society is to provide a rich educational experience for our students and to generate research and scholarship that informs public policy and criminal justice system practice.
This innovative degree program, one of the first of its kind in the nation, challenges students to imagine what a truly sustainable future might look like and supplies them with academic training and practical experience to begin realizing that vision.
The Global Affairs Program at Mason draws upon faculty and courses across the university to provide students with comprehensive yet specialized degrees. Global Affairs students examine transnational and international processes in a wide range of areas.
The School of Integrative Studies (SIS) connects students to a world of possibilities beyond the traditional college experience. SIS provides students with the courses, engaged scholarship, tools, and real-world learning opportunities that will bring their learning to life, and ultimately prepare them to enter the workforce.
