The AFC features fitness and well-being programs and services, cardio and strength equipment, and aquatic amenities and programs.

Recreation Athletic Complex (RAC)
12 - 2 p.m.
The RAC has three gymnasiums, a racquetball court, squash courts, and a two-story fitness gallery. It also serves as the home for Mason Recreation programs, ROTC offices, as well as classrooms and offices for the School of Recreation, Health and Tourism.
