H.E.R. (Hope, Empowerment, Resilience) at George Mason University is a student-led organization dedicated to fostering a supportive, empowering, and inclusive community centered on uplifting women-identified experiences while remaining open to all students. Our mission is to cultivate a space rooted in compassion, confidentiality, and mutual respect, where members can build meaningful connections, advocate for women’s mental health, and support one another through shared experiences, dialogue, and collective action. Through peer support, community engagement, and service-driven initiatives, H.E.R. seeks to replace comparison with solidarity and create a culture of encouragement, resilience, and personal growth.
