Support services for Latinx, first generation, or other underrepresented populations.
Various departments are designed with student support in mind. The Academic Resource Center provides tutoring services, workshops, and test prep. Advising & Student Success helps students outline appropriate educational plans, clarify academic and long-term goals, improve decision-making skills, and evaluate degree progression. The Career Development Center assists students with resume and cover letter preparation, job & internship opportunities, career decision-making, networking opportunities, graduate school applications, and major exploration. Finally we encourage students to take advantage of our Counseling Center, which provides free counseling services to students who would like to discuss any difficulties they may be working through.
