We, the brothers of Phi Beta Sigma, aim to strengthen and serve the brotherhood as a supportive resource that positively impacts our communities, as well as, reaffirming and maintaining a strong commitment to brotherhood, scholarship, and service. We also strive to create an environment that respects the dignity and worth of each brother and exhibits integrity and ethical behavior in conducting the Fraternity’s business.
