Olivia Hollenbach is a junior in both the Schar School of Policy and Government and the College of Humanities and Social Sciences, pursuing a double major in Government and Athropology. She also has a minor in American Sign Language. Olivia works for housing as an RA and for the Office of Admissions on our Welcome Team. Her hometown is Ridley, Pennsylvania.

As Vice President of events for Mason Ambassadors I attend weekly meetings with the events team and act as a liaison between the admissions events team and the Mason Ambassadors. I am also responsible for posting and filling the event tour shifts, making the routes for the different events, and sharing all of the information for events with the ambassadors. I facilitate trainings for large scale events and work to make sure that all of our admissions events run smoothly and that our ambassadors are happy and helping our guests the best that they can.

Spotlights days where prospective students are able to go on tours specific to the college or major that they are interested in studying. During these tours they are able to see how students live on campus as well as see and talk to people from their major or college. During these events, students and their families also get the opportunity to speak with representatives from major offices from all over campus during what is called academic browsing. Whether this be admissions, housing, financial aid, military services, and so many more, families are able to speak directly with representatives to learn more about what Mason has to offer!
College of Engineering and Computing (CEC) Visit Day is a day just for the engineering major’s computer science majors and all those alike! Not only do you get the same browsing experience as Spotlight day but your tour experience you will get to experience our engineering department and learn about what makes Mason so unique.
Celebration of Excellence is for our outstanding honors admits. We want to show you what makes our honors college so special. Join us as we tour campus, speak to honors college faculty, honors college students, and see what being part of a small college within a large university is like. During this event you get to tour campus, speak with faculty, staff, students, and departments to learn all about Mason!
Junior Visit Day is just for you juniors! If you are just starting your college search, we have the event for you. You will get the tour of Mason where you will be able to see all of the student life and academics you want and be able to ask all of your questions without worrying about any admitted students on your tour, because this one is for you juniors. You also get the opportunity to speak with all of our offices, like admissions, housing, financial aid, and so many others to learn everything you need to know about Mason directly from the experts.
Our two biggest events of the year are Fall Premiere and Spring Preview! They are big open houses where students are able to come to campus and see everything we have to offer. If you are considering Mason, take a look at our events to learn about what Mason can do for you.
