Students must attend a partner school, such as NOVA. This scholarship is only available for students who have DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) or TPS (Temporary Protected Status). https://www.thedream.us/ Herb Block Foundation ‐ The Herb Block Scholarship provides financial assistance to students of all ages to attend community colleges in the DC metro area. DACA students are eligible. Pedro Zamora Young Leaders Scholarship. Jack Kent Cooke Foundation College Scholarship is open to current high school seniors with high academic performance.
