All admitted students are guaranteed at least $24,000 in scholarships. Cecilia Long Scholarship for Black or African American students- up to $2000 additional scholarship. Other Endowed Scholarships are available for diverse students that do not require a special application.

Office of Cultural and Community Engagement- 1. Runs our Early Transition Program (ETP) which is an early orientation program to support students of color during their transition to college with upper class student mentors. 2. Leads our International Student Orientation Program (ISOP) which supports our international students during their transition to college with upper class student mentors. 3. Offers the Cultural and Community Engagement Program for any student seeking mentorship and support on campus, with priority given to students of color. All programs offer opportunities for continued engagement throughout the first year, with mentoring opportunities once students reach sophomore status. FLI (First-generation, limited-income) Program- an early transition program for first-generation and/or limited-income students with upper class student mentors who help support the transition into college. Office of Inclusivity and Diversity- provides educational programming to ensure that our community is supportive and inclusive of every member of the community. Conducts “CONVOS” which are weekly meetings to address different topics to educate the community, as well as bias trainings, cultural celebrations, and hosts office hours for students. Better Together and the Office of Spiritual Life on campus- hosts weekly non-denominational chapel with meditation and prayer. La Casa- a specialty house on campus that provides an immersive experience, with several native-Spanish speakers and other students who appreciate the Spanish language and culture coming together to celebrate, educate, and live together in a community. Carvin Global Village- a specialty house on campus that celebrates cultures and students from across the world. Unidad de Estudiantes Latinx- our official student organization that hosts regular meetings, provides additional space for Latinx students to feel supported and celebrated on campus, hosts different Hispanic/Latinx cultural engagements throughout the year.
